Dear Gloria,

We just received our daughter's dress from French Novelty. Our daughter is just thrilled that it arrived with enough time to get it hemmed before the date that she needed it. The dress is beautiful, and our daughter looks gorgeous in it.

I want to thank you and Pam and all of the others who were involved in the quick shipment of our daughter's dress from you to us. Also, I want to thank you and everyone at French Novelty for the respect and kindness which you extended to me in every interaction, whether it was over the telephone or via e-mail.
